Lisa's Maternity Photo Shoot
Recently, I got to take some pictures of my gorgeous sister and her husband. She is absolutely a beautiful pregnant woman. She has done such an amazing job of eating healthy and working out while pregnant. So proud of all of her hard work. It was my first time to take pictures of someone other than my baby. I was so nervous I would screw them up, but it turned out pretty good. It's easy when you have such beautiful subjects! Here are a few of my favorite pictures from our photo shoot.

Viva Las Vegas- Addy's Version
While Tim & I were out galavanting in Sin City. Addison had her own fun with my parents. My dad came to pick Addison Friday morning so that I could get my hair done and pack for our trip. My dad and Elizabeth kept Addy until Sunday, then my mom had her for a few days. My mom knew I was missing my little girl so much, so she brought her home on Tuesday night. Our flight didn't get home until midnight on Tuesday, so I wasn't going to get to see her until Wednesday. I was very happy to get home and give my little girl a squeeze even if she was sleeping. That is when they are the cutest anyway, right?! Anyway, I sent a camera so that I could see some of Addison's fun. It sure looks like she had a lot of it. Thank you so much to my parents for taking care of our little angel. We are so lucky to have you all in our life!!

Viva Las Vegas!
Tim & I just got back from vacation with our friends Melissa and Waylon. It was our first time to be away from our little princess. We sure did miss Addison, but it was so nice to reconnect with Tim as a couple. Sleeping in as late as we wanted wasn't too bad either.
In the airport ready to go! Tim was super excited.
So excited!!!
The first day we walked around and looked at Excalibur, Luxor and Mandalay Bay.
Tim & I took a break and got a water massage.
It felt wonderful after all of the walking.
We stayed at the New York, New York hotel. It was a really fun hotel. There was even a roller coaster in the hotel. We all rode it the next morning. We perhaps might be getting a bit older because we all felt a little sore afterwards. I guess we aren't teenagers anymore. ;)
The next day we went walking around the Bellagio fountain and Caesar's Palace (that place is humongous).
Then we found our way over to O'Shea's. The $3 beer and hotdog special reeled us in and the beer pong made us stay. We met some fun people and had a good time reliving our college days.
Monday was a lazy day and date night. Tim and I started our evening with dessert! I always want dessert, but by the end of the meal I am way too full. So I figured I was on vacation, why not just go for it (we made a rule that "calories" was a taboo word for the trip). Tim had a lemon bar and I had strawberry pie. Delicious!
That night we went to Mandalay Bay and saw the Lion King. It was wonderful. The costumes are just amazing. Musicals are not Tim's thing, but he actually like this one. I am glad we went.
On our last day we went and saw the Venetian and Wynn hotels. They were absolutely gorgeous.
It was a wonderful trip with our wonderful friends!

5 Year Fun
This year on our anniversary Tim and I celebrated 5 years. It seems to have just flown by, but yet we feel like we have known each other forever. He is truly my best friend and makes life's journey fun. To celebrate our 5 years we hopped on the motorcycle for a night out on the town. We started our date, by cruising around the area looking at land and dreaming of a future spot for our future dream home. We are in no hurry and we absolutely love the house we are in now, but it is still so much fun to dream.
We ended up over by the Hard Rock casino, so we decided to go over to the Hammet house in Claremore. They have the best house dressing and fried chicken. On the way I forced Tim to pull over once. We now know why people on motorcycles are always at rest stops, on the side of the road, or at a restaurant. Those darn things are not the most comfortable modes of transportation. At one point during dinner, I mentioned that perhaps walking or calling someone to pick us up might not be a bad idea. We ended up toughing it out with a small rest stop on the way back. We stopped at the Hard Rock to try out our anniversary luck. Well didn't have luck there, but decided we had won anyway because we have each other (cute, I know!).
Even though we didn't have a fancy evening planned. It turned out to be a really fun anniversary date. We had a blast just "winging it"(my husband's favorite way to plan).
