I remember when Addison got her first tooth. Now she is loosing them. Man it is flying too fast. I wish someone could invent something to push pause on life. When we went to the dentist about a month ago he showed us that her bottom tooth was a little wiggly. Since then she has been trying to wiggle that tooth right out. Finally, the Friday morning before spring break her little legs came running as fast as they could, "MOM, MY TOOTH FELL OUT!!!!" Her face was so adorable. She was so excited. She told me she just felt a sharp piece by her tooth and felt it with her finger then it just fell out. She was disappointed it didn't happen at school, because you get a tooth necklace and she wanted her teacher to see it. So we held on to the tooth for over a week so she could take it to school. Finally, after receiving the tooth necklace from school we put it under her pillow. She wanted to do a video about it before she put it under her pillow. In the video she said she wanted to give it away. I thought that was so sweet. But after receiving her money she instantly wanted to buy donuts. haha. Poor Lilah was terrified about the tooth fairy coming into her bed. We had to assure her that nothing was going to get in her bed.

Mason Porter
He's finally here! My first nephew. Mason Porter was born March 24th, weighing 8 lbs 4 oz and 20 1/4" long. He already has a huge fan base, especially some little girls. They just love him.
Every time I hold him or see him, I choke back tears remembering how special this newborn time is. I miss it terribly. It almost makes me want another one. Thankfully, Lilah fell asleep while reading to her last night. I pretended like she was Mason's size. Oh baby Mason, you already have so many people that love you so very much. Lots of girl cousins ready to teach you the ways of life and so many grandparents, aunts and uncles that just think you are amazing. You are one lucky guy!

Lilah is very into picking out her outfits these days.
Also I wanted to note a funny new habit the girls developed this month. Lilah has always been my morning person. She usually gets dressed before coming into our room. It is just the first thing she does. Well, recently the girls have been chatting and playing once we put them in bed at night. We try to stay out of the room and let them have these little experiences together. I remember my staying up with Lisa and chatting when we were little. We even would make secret meeting times with Ken and play Uno in the middle of the night. I think these experiences are fun childhood memories. So we try to let them have a little fun and only get on to them if they get out of room or it is evident they are not going to settle down on their own. Well, they took this whole play after the parents tuck us in to a whole new level. They decided they would get dressed for the next day, including headbands, shoes and accessories. They thought they were pretty clever and we acted so surprised the next day. I will say this really makes mornings easier so we aren't going to shut down this activity, haha. Oh I am so happy these girls share a room, they are going to make so many happy memories!
