Finally Cooler Temps

Finally, the last couple of weeks have been under 100 degrees, so we have been able to enjoy some time outside. We have played in Charlotte's new sandbox, spent a sunny morning at the park, dressed up all fancy(yes, she is still rocking the christmas tutu) to play with the dogs and went to a couple of daddy's softball games. Both my girls love being outside. Fall should be a blast, because that's when mom loves being outside.

Addison's Big Girl Room Completed

Finally, it is finished!! Well may have to do some adjustments to the hanging flower balls, but finished. During my last few months of pregnancy when I had absolutely no energy and had to start only checking off neccessity "to do's", I texted my friend Lynzi..."Help!". I asked her if in sometime in August she could help me complete Addison's room. I had decorating left, ie pictures and pretty things, of which I have absolutely no skill. I can't see things like she can. I get too matchy matchy and all one color and it takes so much effort and stress. She can just walk into Hobby Lobby and pick out a bunch of things and it all looks great together. So that's exactly what we did. One Saturday she took me to Hobby Lobby and out we came with Addison's room complete. Well, a few coats of paint were needed, but the plan was complete. Addison loves her completed princess room. Thank you Lynzi!!!
