Sniff, sniff

I have a slight habit of smelling and twirling my hair, or as my sisters and I call it twerdling my hair. I mean it's not really noticable. ;) When I was a little girl my sister Lisa and I would have slumber parties and sleep in the same bed. Well poor Lisa would occasionally wake up the next day with a few "twerdles" in her hair. I mean no big deal I am sure they always came right out. Well maybe the scissors had to be involved a few times. I don't really remember it was so long ago, and come on I was like 6. (On a side note my sister blames me now for her wedge hair cut she always sported. Apparently she feels the twerdling could have led to that, but I am not sure. I think she is just trying to find blame for her fun hair cuts.) Anywho, a few weeks ago I was driving home and I glanced in the back at Addison. Low and behold that girl gave herself a twerdle. I laughed so hard and at the same time was a little proud. Then tonight I picked up Addy to steal a few kisses, and she took a strand of my hair and put it underneath my nose. Then she proceeded to put it under her nose and sniff it, complete with a sniffing sound I may add. Where does she come up with this stuff? My little girl is just like me.
(Note: As I read this post I caught myself twerdling and sniffing. Geez!)

I am sooo glad to hear this. I thought I was the only one in the family who did this. I love the feel and smell of good hair, right? And you can tell Lisa she is lucky, when my sister and I slept in the same bed as kids she puked in my hair, I would rather have twisted hair then stinky puky hair.
