Early one Saturday morning we decided to head to a nearby berry farm to pick some fresh fruit. The plan was to pick blackberries and make a cobbler, but we ended up with blueberries instead. The blackberries were still red. We were about a week too early.
Addy hitched a ride on Daddy. The blackberries we were there to pick were on the back of the farm.
It was quiet a hike.
No blackberries, so blueberries it is.
Windy!
Of course you have to eat as you pick!
At one point we let Addy just go for it and pick on her own

Time to head back with some berries in tow.
Despite the heat and crazy wind, it was a fun experience that we plan on making it a summer tradition.
