Well we have already had record snow and lows this year, why not throw in some record highs. Last week we reached a record high of 115 degrees. We are in drought conditions and lawn and plants are quickly dying. It already looks like fall with all of the brown leaves falling from the trees. We have been trying to water our lawn and plants as much as possible. We haven't gotten that bill yet, so we will see if it was really worth trying to keep all the green. Addison helped me with the morning watering this weekend. I love that she gets excited about helping even if it does take a little longer to accomplish chores.

I was constantly telling Ace and Annie to sit and stay.
Addy thought she could set them straight.
They weren't moving much, but just in case they thought about it
Addison was there to yell sit and stay to them.

Does the mulch not hurt her little baby feet when she is watering?
