Soccer!

This fall our friend Waylon is coaching 3 and 4  year old soccer. So Addison, Mackenna, and Madison are giving soccer a try. The first game Addison was sick. The second game it was cold. Addy is apparently not a fan of cold weather. She spent the her time in the game crying and trying to get warm. Then once she was allowed to come out of the game found another parent on the sideline with a blanket and cuddled with them the rest of the game. I knew the parent but I am pretty sure Addison did not.

 

Now practices have been much better. There are only half the amount of people and for most of the practice everyone gets their own ball. Plus, their coach is just so energetic and funny the kids love him.

 

 

I think it also helps having the cutest little cheerleader....



Finally the third game we at least smiled and ran around. A few of my favorites in the videos.....
- constant smiling
- no clue where the ball is, but she followed the crowd
- realizing she and Mackenna match
- the prancing and running in place
- not really wanting to get near the ball, but being on the outside of the action
At least she is having fun! She says she is excited to try something different next semester, gymnastics here we come.
