I had a fabulous Mother's Day weekend. On Saturday, we were prepared to get up and go visit my in-laws, but they called us a 7 am and said they would make the drive to see us. So thoughtful, they didn't want us to have to sit in a car for 3 hours. So we went out for a nice lunch at Ted's and had a visit then they were on their way. Tim and I even got to sneak in a quick nap.
Sunday, I started the day with breakfast prepared by my wonderful husband. Then we went to church where Addison made me a handprint gift that she just didn't want to give up. Followed by time at my Aunt and Uncle's with my Mom's family. Then we finished off with some time at my Granny and Grandpa's. It was a relaxing day filled with lots of people I love. All in all a perfect Mother's Day weekend.
