Addy basically had a birthday weekend. She started the celebration taking brownies to school to share. She also got to have "free dress" that day, so no uniform! Gosh she looks old.
That evening she had her first slumber party. She invited three girls from school for a camp out. Since it was pretty cold outside we did everything inside. They roasted hotdogs, made s'mores cupcakes, gave each other makeovers, played games and slept in a tent in the playroom. They were all very well behaved and it was a success!
Saturday we had a little party with family. She requested pasta, salad and bread and her cake was a marble cake with a horse design.
On her birthday, she opened presents (mostly horse riding gear), we went to church, and had dinner at Sho-gun's.
I love that she still covers her ears for everything remotely loud.
